Maruti Cargo Packers and Movers provides packing, moving, loading, unloading, transportation, and warehousing services. All services are subject to availability and prior confirmation.

2. Booking and Confirmation

• Customers must provide accurate and complete details when booking our services.
• Bookings are confirmed only after the payment of a deposit or advance as agreed upon during the initial discussions.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Our service charges depend on factors like the volume of goods, distance, type of service, and special requirements.
• Payments must be made as per the agreed terms: an advance at booking and the remaining balance upon completion of the service.
• Additional charges may apply for last-minute changes, unforeseen delays caused by the customer, or extra services requested during the move.

4. Responsibilities and Liabilities

• Customer Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all items for transportation are properly disclosed.
  • Pack high-value and delicate items securely (if not availing of our packing service).
  • Inform us in advance of any special handling requirements for fragile or sensitive items.
• Our Responsibilities:
  • We will handle your belongings with care; however, our liability for damage or loss is limited and will be governed by our insurance policies.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

5. Prohibited Items

We do not transport:

• Hazardous materials, flammable substances, or explosives.
• Illegal items or contraband.
• Perishable goods without prior arrangement.

6. Insurance

Customers are advised to insure their goods for added protection. Maruti Cargo Packers and Movers can assist in arranging insurance upon request. Claims must be handled directly with the insurance provider.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date will be eligible for a partial refund.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service date.

8. Damage or Loss

• Any claims regarding damage or loss must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
• Compensation, if applicable, will be based on the declared value of the item at the time of booking and the extent of insurance coverage.

9. Customer Conduct

Customers must cooperate with our team during the service. Any abusive behavior or non-compliance may result in service termination without refund.

10. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, we recommend resolving issues amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore.

11. Changes to Terms

Maruti Cargo Packers and Movers reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to customers via email or our website.
